Refund policy

Foil Den Reserves the right to determine if a product is covered under warranty once all the documentation has been received.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. 

• Improper use or negligence
• Normal wear and tear (including cuts, scratches, and fading)
• Sun exposure or excessive heat
• Over-inflation
• Commercial or rental use
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Impact damage
• Improper storage

This warranty is not transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.

Returns and exchanges will be processed between 5-10 working days of receiving the receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited back to your account which depends on cad processing company and is out of our control.

Foil Den will arrange the item to be collected and assessed.

If the item is checked and deemed to be covered under Foil Den’s warranty it is at the discretion of Foil Den to repair, replace or refund the affected item.
